WITH OUR NEW COURIER SERVICE OPTION, WE WILL DELIVER TO THE GREATER LOS ANGELES AREA THE SAME DAY! How it works: Select the city or the closest city you want the package delivered to, from the list on the checkout page. All orders placed before 12noon will be delivered the same day between 2pm-6pm. If orders are placed after 12noon, they will be delivered the following day between 2pm-6pm. If there is a doorman or concierge that will be signing for the delivery, PLEASE BE SPECIFIC AND STATE ALL THE NAMES OF WHOM CAN SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE IN THE COMMENTS BOX during checkout. We use the names in the comments box as the person authorizing for the delivery. Once the package is signed for, we are not liable for any damages or losses. There is a 15 minute waiting period once the messenger arrives to the delivery destination. After 15 minutes, and the package isn't redeemed by the names stated in the comments box, the package will be returned to ecookie. All delivery charges are based on a one-way basis and return charges will be charged to the customer by using the original form of payment.
